3D Printing at the Nanoscale: OSKar Nanoscribe Visit

In collaboration with Nanoscribe GmbH, OSKar is happy to present our first industry of the year: 3D Printing at the Nanoscale! Join us for a day full of non-linear optics, the history of a university startup, and get hands-on training in laser lithography.

The event consists of two sessions. The first general session will be a series of presentations by Nanoscribe representatives on 3D printing, additive manufacturing, 2 photon polymerization, and application of Nanoscribe’s technology. This is session is open to all students (40-participant capacity).

The second session will be hands-on training with Nanoscribe’s printers and will allow participants to design and print their own parts. Due to limited capacity (20 participants), registration for the training session is available to OSKar members only until May 26th 23:59. To be an OSKar member, you must hold a student membership with either SPIE or Optica and be affiliated with OSKar as a student chapter. If you are a member, please contact us to receive a promo code which will give you access to the second session. The remaining tickets for the second session will become available to everyone on May 27th.

NOTE: You must register for both sessions separately if you wish to attend both of them.

Schedule:

09:00-12:00 General session (presentation on Nanoscribe, 3D prototyping, laser lithography, and applications with breaks)

12:00-13:00 Lunch Break (at Campus Nord Canteen)
